If you want to succeed selling 1-to-many, you must understand, that the primary determinant of your success is your LIST. Your audience of prospects is the preeminent factor that will determine your success or failure.
Offer them something they need and desire while treating them with love, respect and attention, and they will happily reward you many times over.
Take them for granted, use and abuse them, or insult or disrespect them, and they’ll rightfully reject you and look elsewhere.
Brian Kurtz’s masterful book “Overdeliver” expresses this very succinctly: Consider your list almost like an extended family. “Regard your customers as you would the most important people in your life, deserving your respect, love and attention.”
Every marketer and advertiser worth their salt knows it: Neglect or misuse your list at your own peril.
