Working With Michael
Here’s what to expect for my copywriting services from first contact to final delivery.
- The client uses Calendly to schedule a time for a FREE Discovery Call (30 min) either on Zoom or by phone to discuss the project.
- Following the Discovery Call, allow one business day for a follow-up email accepting or declining the job.
- If the job is accepted, the client will receive a Google Form “Copywriting Questionaire” to fill out with more detailed information about the copywriting services they need.
- After submitting the Form, allow two business days for me to submit a Copywriting Service Presentation (PowerPoint) detailing my suggested services and a quote. This presentation is given free of charge.
- Once the client has reviewed the presentation and selected the services he desires he must submit full payment up front through Paypal.
- Work begins once payment is received.
- Project deadlines are negotiated before payment.
- The client may expect same-day or next-day communication throughout the project.
- Expedited prioritization of a project is available for an additional fee.
- The final product can be delivered via Google Doc, Word Doc, or Adobe PDF, as the client prefers.
- Revisions and refund policies are explained below.
